1). How do solar lights store energy and how do they work?
Solar lighting is the safest and easiest kind of outdoor lighting to install. Each light fixture contains a scientifically designed solar collector panel that converts sunlight into electrical energy. This energy is stored in highly efficient rechargeable batteries, used to light the fixture at night.

2). What is the difference between solar lights and incandescent or fluorescent lights?
Solar lights are equipped with LED's. An LED is a semiconductor device that emits visible light when conducting current. Therefore, solar lamps give off a different type of light than incandescent and fluorescent lights. A common mistake is to compare wattage between LED units and their incandescent and fluorescent cousins - wattage is a function of power consumption, not brightness.

The proper measuring stick for outdoor lighting comparisons is lumens or candle feet, which measures the brightness of the light. A typical LED will give off the equivalent of a 2 watt bulb. However, LED unit is more intense and has a different angle of dispersion, while incandescent light just glows all around.

Another advantage of buying solar lights is that LED bulbs will never burn out during the lifetime of the product. Low voltage incandescent and fluorescent systems need bulb replacements often and add cost and inconvenience to the product.

3). How long do solar lights stay on?
The length of time that the lights stay on is dependent on the amount of sunlight received during the day. Most solar lights stay lit for up to 10 or more hours with fully charged batteries.

4). What advantages do solar lights offer?
Solar lights require no wiring and are very easy to install. And because they run on the sun's energy, they cost nothing to operate. That means they also are environmentally friendly, and helps us conserve our fast-depleting regular energy resources.

5). Are solar lights as bright as regular lights?
Solar lights are usually not as bright as other forms of outdoor landscape lighting. Thus, instead of harsh, glaring light, you'll have the benefit of softer, more subtle accent lighting that makes your outdoors look stunning in the dark.

6). What sort of maintenance will I need to be concerned with?
There is virtually no maintenance required except for occasional cleaning of the panel surface to keep it free of dust and dirt, regular battery checks, and replacing the batteries when required.

7 ). How often do the batteries need replacing?
The batteries are designed to withstand a minimum of 1000 deep discharges which is at least 1000 nights of light. They are readily available and easy to replace, rechargeable batteries.

8). How often will I need to replace the L.E.D. in my solar fixture?
The LED's themselves are not replaceable. However, their life expectancy typically exceeds 25 years, based on running 10 hours every night. Thus, LED bulbs will never burn out during the lifetime of the product.

1. How can I get samples?
To see is to believe, we are willing to send our customers real samples for study and evaluation.From the 1st of July 2004,we ave stopped sending free charged samples concerning the EXCEEDING cost of samples. We will be responsible for the quality samples and qualified customers. The samples will be sent out only when we received clients payment by T/T or Western Union.

As to the samples prices and their Express freight,please contact us or calculate by yourself.Samples usually send out by Express like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT at your option.  
 
2. How to handle the samples?
Let us know which items No. and the quantity you wanted; send us your detailed delivery contacts for freight estimate; we will combine all the info into one P/I (Performa Invoice) including the payment details for your payment reference; after your payment confirmation, we will send out the samples via Express like UPS/DHL/TNT/EMS/FedEx at your convenience; Usually 3~5 days expected for samples arrival to you. 

3. How to make Western Union Payment for Samples?
Via Western Union payment, both parties will enjoy a faster and money saving payment on mutual understanding. The money can reach us immediately but T/T payment usually 3~5 days.

4. How to place an order?
Generally, you can send us your Purchase Order by Email or Fax, after receipt of your inquiry we will send you the Proforma Invoice (P/I) for your reference. The following info required before we send you the P/I: The required series and items No. and your watned quantity; your detailed company info and contacts for a faster and safe delivery;meathod of shipment you need and the nearest port... 



5. Can we get our own Logo printed on the products?
We can offer customers LOGO service.LOGO can be silk-imprinting or embrodiery.You can send us the LOGO by email in JPEG or TIFF format.We will quote according to the Size,Color,Quantity details. 

6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, usually by courier like UPS,DHL,FedEX,EMS; for orders weight from 20 to 200 kgs,usually by Airfreight; for big quantity or large volume, usually by Seafreight. We will arrange the favorite way for delivery under clients' instruction.  

7. How long for the warranty period?
It depends on different products.Usually 1 limited year.Some product half a year.We can replace unqualified products/defective products with new good ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified products. 
 
8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
T/T in advance or L/C payment; Samples usually Via Western Union Network.
